Our Services include:
- Consultation with client.
- Draft required documents to open enforcement file in Court of Queen’s Bench.
- Draft, file and serve Garnishee Summons on Defendant/debtor’s bank(s).
- Draft, file and serve wage Garnishee Summons on Defendant/debtor’s employer.
- File certificate of Judgment against Defendant/debtor’s real estate properties.
The cost of this service is based on one Plaintiff and Defendant, and does not include Court filing fees, LT fees, service of documents, Alberta Registry searches or any other disbursements made on behalf of the client.
(Other factors beyond the control of the client and Agent may require actions not initially anticipated.)
